Request deletion of your HA-Mobiles account data
If you used Facebook to sign in to HA-Mobiles and want to request deletion of the personal data associated with your account, please contact us.
- Email info@hamobiles.com with the subject User Data Deletion Request.
- Send your request from the email address associated with your HA-Mobiles customer account so we can identify the account. Mention that you used Facebook sign-in.
- Ask us to delete the personal data associated with that account. Do not send your password, Facebook app secret, or payment card details.
You can use the same email address to ask about the status of your request. We may need additional information to verify that the account belongs to you before processing it.
Disconnect Facebook sign-in
You can also remove HA-Mobiles from the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook settings. To request deletion of data held by HA-Mobiles, please email us using the steps above.
